About me
Hello! My name is Brook Vermette; I am a licensed massage therapist (LMT), and owner of Bhava Bodywork.
I decided to enroll in massage therapy school during my gap year after graduating highschool in 2021. While struggling with health conditions of my own I began my deep dive into holistic medicine. The idea that our body really can heal itself. Massage was my calling, my answer to aid in healing others and incorporating my wide understanding of the human body with my passion for healing others. Let me help you feel whole again in your journey to a better healthier you.
I received my massage license from Zardus Art of Massage School in Gardiner ME. 14 months of hands on learning while studying Deep tissue, Swedish massage, trigger point, reflexology, reiki 1 and myofacial release.
I found my passion for neck and shoulder work and lean more towards deep tissue work.
In my free time; I enjoy long walks with my black lab Arlo, Pilates/ strength training and socializing with friends and family. I am an avid foodie who will always suggest my favorite places to eat including the best coffee in town.
Massage, cupping, scraping, trigger point and more.
